First Phase Low Back Stretch/Strengthen

1.       Pigeon Pose for posterior hip . 1-2 times a day, 5 sets, hold for 20-30 seconds(both sides) 




 

2.       Hip Flexor stretching for anterior hip. 1-2 times a day, 5 sets, hold for 20-30 seconds(both sides)
